How do I become a dealer for Mad Fiber wheels?

May I demo the wheels?
We are in the process of setting up demo centers within the bicycle community. To see if there is a demo center in your area, check our Dealer Locator. We are also setting up a demo wheel rental program directly through the Mad Fiber. Stay tuned for details. We'll be making updates and announcements about all of this on Facebook, Twitter, and our website

Where can I buy Mad Fiber wheels?
The wheels are available for purchase now on our website and through bicycle retailers. To find a retailer near you, please check our Dealer Locator.
Do you have any international distributors?
As we establish international distribution, we will announce our partners on the website.

Are you setting up any OEM accounts with custom builders?
Frame builders and other OEMs should inquire directly with our COO, Russ Riggins, at russ@madfiber.com.
I'm a large rider, will the wheels work with my body type?
Yes - Mad Fiber wheels are sufficiently strong that we are confident offering them with no rider weight restriction. That being said, you need to determine if they feel good to you. Additionally, the wheels are supported by a four year limited warranty and crash replacement program.
Will you be offering a clincher version?
Yes. It is currently in development.
How do I care for Mad Fiber wheels?
Wheel truing:
Your Mad Fiber wheels will never need truing. Their composite design permanently captures trueness and tension. Click Here for more information. In case of damage, contact Mad Fiber for advice and assistance.
Hub maintenance:
Your wheels are equipped with high-grade, precision, sealed cartridge bearings. Under normal circumstances, no maintenance is required for years. More information.
Wheel Replacement Parts:
Replacement parts are available for purchase through bicycle service and retail locations. If you can't find the required parts, by all means contact Mad Fiber.
Rim maintenance:
Carbon fiber rims are complex composite structures. Please ride them thoughtfully and inspect them regularly.
Do you sponsor?
Professional sponsorship will play an important role in the development of future Mad Fiber products. We do not have a grassroots sponsorship program at this time.
Do Mad Fiber wheels work with Campagnolo 11 Speed?
Yes, they do.
Can I use my own brake pads?
We provide and recommend the cork brake pads on our website. Click here for more information. Other brake pads will affect the warranty.
Any plans for a ceramic bearing option?
Yes - these are available now either as an upgrade item or as an option on complete wheelsets.
